BOOK CLUB GIVE AWAY!!!

Unknown

Attention Book Clubs!! I am so excited to announce this very special book give away! Win a SET of galleys for Sarah McCoy’s upcoming (May ’15) fabulous novel, The Mapmaker’s Children!! I am a HUGE McCoy fan and after reading her last book, The Baker’s Daughter, I was eagerly awaiting this new release. I received it…settled in with book and mug of coffee in hand…and barely moved. I adored this book!! And you will, too!! Historical fiction with a current day parallel all tied together with the love of art, dogs and a pivotal time in US history.

When Sarah Brown, daughter of abolitionist John Brown, realizes that her artistic talents may be able to help save the lives of slaves fleeing north, she becomes one of the Underground Railroad’s leading mapmakers, taking her cues from the slave code quilts and hiding her maps within her paintings.

To enter please send an email to me at robin@readingwithrobin.com and put “book club give away” in the subject line. Tell me a little bit about your book club -how long have you been together, a club name if you have one and what you are reading now. If you share this post you will be entered to win twice!

But wait…there’s MORE!! Ok, I buried the lead a bit. Sarah will be KICKING off her book tour right here in RI!! May 5th -please save the date. More details on the big event but there will be a pre-event happening and ONE lucky book club will have this included in their big WIN! Lots going on but the first thing you’ll want to do is ENTER to win!!

If you were at An Evening With Authors ’13 you got to see Sarah in action. She is charming, entertaining and does her  research. I can smell spring already just thinking about this big RI Treat!!

**May 5th 2015- SAVE THE DATE!**
