    My mother cooked a wonderful Cassoulet dish. It was a dish my brothers and I loved and whenever we saw her making it, we knew we were in for a special treat.

      Robin, It’s a small cake like vanilla sponge with powdered sugar and orange juice. They are so special and yummy! My Aunt Bell passed away three years before my wedding, and my other aunts had orange blossoms at my wedding shower to remember her.
